The Weather Channel will premier a new documentary next week in the second season of its "Tornado Alley" series that focuses on videos shot as devastating twisters ripped through the Henryville, Ind. area on March 2, 2012.

The "Real Time Henryville" episode airs at 9 p.m. May 4 and it will re-air at 10 p.m. May 11.

Among the stories featured will be the tragic tale of area residents Wayne and Lenora Hunter, who were filming out a front window of their home as an EF-4 tornado packing estimated winds of 170 mph approached in the distance.

As the twister bore down, Lenora Hunter closed the window, shut off the camera, and they held each other tightly while huddling under a blanket in the center of their home. They each said "I love you" just before the tornado obliterated the house from its concrete foundation, hurling their bodies and debris into surrounding fields.

Wayne Hunter, 62, an emergency room nurse and Army veteran, was Clark County's only fatality that day. His wife of 41 years survived with cuts and bruises.

In addition to Lenora Hunter, who was rescued by neighbors as she lay under the rubble, The Weather Channel also interviewed Henryville school officials, emergency responders, local media and other area residents.

The interviews were paired with home and security videos shot of the moments before and when tornadoes tore through the small community, as they did elsewhere in Southern Indiana and Kentucky.

The first season of its Tornado Alley series aired a year ago.

Another Weather Channel series, "I Survived a Tornado," is expected to air in June or July, featuring interviews with Henryville tornado survivors like the Decker family, the Gilles family and Carolin Tindor.
