U of L's new Adidas "TECHFIT" jerseys unveiled Monday are themed "Showtime" for the Florida State game.

The University of Louisville returned to black against Miami, Bobby Petrino's first game back on the Papa John's Cardinal Stadium sideline.

Versus Florida State, U of L will again mix old with new.

Adidas has unveiled "TECHFIT" uniforms to be worn for the Oct. 30 game at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.

Themed "Showtime," the threads are mostly gray with red elements, including the old English "L" and helmet logo. The jerseys are also highlighted by camouflage on the helmet and matching shoes.

Calling it the "only true compression uniform system in the industry," a U of L news release says the jerseys are made from "Shockweb" fabrics that are lightweight and allow for full range of motion. The adizero 5-Star 3.0 cleats -- the lightest shoe in football -- were made with the same things in mind.
