Find your SEC Network channel number

The SEC Network launched at 6 p.m. Thursday, and now we know where local cable subscribers can find it before the University of Kentucky plays three basketball games in three days on the new station.

Depending on what channel lineup you fall under for Time Warner Cable, you'll find the SEC Network at 516/517/518, 79/417/80 or 76/796/77. Those listings are for standard definition, high definition and alternate stations, respectively.

So for UK fans hoping to watch the Wildcats, who play at 1 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the SEC Network to finish their "Big Blue Bahamas" summer tour, that helps. Also, SEC Network programming will be available to Time Warner subscribers online and through the WatchESPN app.

DirecTV previously announced its subscribers who purchase the "CHOICE" package or better will find the SEC Network on channel No. 611.

Dish Network told customers it will carry the station on channel 404.

On AT&T U-verse it can be found on channel 607.
