ACC Power Rankings: U of L drops, who climbs?

Excuse the volatility in the power rankings. It's been three weeks.

But with the niceties out of the way, there's a huge mix-up in this week's ACC power rankings. Florida State is still No. 1, and it appears, for now, like that margin isn't slimming any time soon.

After that, it's a free-for-all.

Virginia Tech's loss to East Carolina dropped the Hokies after a big win against Ohio State in Week 2. Louisville's offensive woes have them dropping a bit, too.

Moving up? Duke and Pitt, who are both 3-0, and Virginia, which looked elite on defense in Saturday's win over Louisville.
