Virginia Tech Hokies quarterback Michael Brewer (12) celebrates after defeating the Ohio State Buckeyes 35-21 at Ohio Stadium.

It's time for a new set of ACC power rankings, and one team made a big leap into the top two after a strong second weekend.

Virginia Tech, fresh off its 35-21 win at Ohio State, is now my No. 2 team in the new list. And to make room for the Hokies, I had to move either Clemson or Louisville out of the top three. One of those has already lost a game, which made the decision a little easier.

The bottom of the league continues to look like a men's softball beer league where everyone's sober. The teams ranked 10-13 are interchangeable, and there's really no telling how bad Wake Forest truly is for a "Power Five" team.

I took a wait-and-see approach on a few teams, including Duke and UNC.
