Pasta Nachos
Serves 2 to 4
- 1 cup store-bought or homemade Bolognese sauce
- 2 ounces banana peppers, sliced
- 1½ ounces black olives, sliced
- 2 ounces canned cannellini beans
- 2 sheets store-bought frozen lasagna, thawed and cut into small triangles
- ½ cup any white Italian cheese, shredded
- Dollop of store-bought tzatziki sauce
In a sauté pan, cook the Bolognese sauce, banana peppers, black olives and beans until well heated.
Deep fry the lasagna triangles at 350 degrees until well done, about three to four minutes.
Arrange fried lasagna chips on a plate and top. Top with the Bolognese mixture, then with the shredded cheese. Broil until the cheese melts. Top with tzatziki sauce. Serve hot.
