Father and son accused of sexually abusing minors under age of 13

William Riggle Jr. and William Riggle Sr. were arrested and charged with sexual abuse.

A father and son from Lousiville were arrested and charged with sexually abusing three victims, all of them under the age of 13. 

William Riggle Jr., 24, and William Riggle Sr., 44, were arrested by Louisville Metro Police Tuesday evening, court documents show. 

During a forensic interview of a 13-year-old victim, she stated that the father and son were involved in sexual touching and forced sodomy, according to an arrest citation.Two other victims, ages 10 and 12, also stated the same. 

Police say that the father and son both threatened "to kill them if they told anyone." 

Neither of them appear on Kentucky's sex offender registry or have been convicted of prior sexual crimes. 

The father and son each face three charges of first-degree sodomy and three charges of sexual abuse. They are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning.
